This is a hands-on learning role with a clear path toward owning product areas.\n**Ideally this role will sit at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office on a hybrid situation**\nResponsibilities:\nSupport product managers in maintaining the roadmap and backlog for automation and AI solutions spanning intake, triage, underwriting, quoting, and policy ops across programs.\nGather business needs from underwriting, actuarial, and operations and help translate them into user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.\nPartner with engineering teams, vendor partners, and internal business units to help deliver MVPs and iterate quickly, including supporting sprint planning and backlog refinement.\nSupport adoption of intelligent workflows that replace manual processes with AI agents and traditional automation, including user documentation, training materials, and feedback collection.\nCoordinate day-to-day cross-functional delivery from ideation through testing, feedback, and production rollout, including user acceptance testing, action item tracking, and status updates.\nHelp track success metrics and report on business impact (e.g., speed-to-quote, triage accuracy, loss ratio improvements) through dashboards and regular reporting.\nBuild a working understanding of regulatory, underwriting, and specialty program constraints and how they impact product design.\nSupport efforts to protect Novacore’s proprietary logic and workflows from vendor lock-in by documenting business rules and workflows clearly. \nQualifications:\n1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise automation, or insurance technology.\nInterest in or basic familiarity with the insurance or MGA space - especially specialty lines, underwriting workflows, and E&S operations - and eagerness to learn.\nExposure to AI, automation, or API-driven products, with curiosity about how they are built.\nComfortable working with data - able to pull, analyze, and summarize information to support product decisions (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills - able to work directly with engineers, underwriters, and external partners.\nWell organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through on deliverables in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable with ambiguity, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn how to turn fuzzy workflows into structured product features.\nundefined\nPreferred Qualifications: Understanding of agile delivery and tools such as Jira;
