(AMP) is growing and excited to fill Remote Account Manager Positions. Experience with 402(a), 3(16), or Pooled Employer Plans is a plus, but we are willing to train individuals who have at least 5 years of plan administration and consulting experience.\nOverview of the Position:\nAMP is looking to fill fully remote Defined Contribution Account Manager positions. We are in the process of transforming our Account Manager positions to focus more on review and client/advisor service. Our Account Manager position is supported by a strong implementation group, plan document team, special projects team, and a loan and distribution department. Our Account Managers are organized into teams that work toward firm goals with special recognition given to individuals with exceptional performance. Each Team Leader schedules weekly calls to discuss upcoming deadlines and developments within Nova and the industry.\nAbout Nova and AMP:\nAMP was formed by Nova 401(k) Associates and AFS (Administrative Fiduciary Services) to deliver a solution to group 402(a) and PEPs. Nova is a vibrant and growing national third party, non-producing administration firm. We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide career advancement opportunities for our professionals.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMaintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate\nMaintain a caseload of PEP and 402(a) solution clients\nManage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment\nExemplify superior client service and ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design\nWork with other departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience\nPerform work according to AMP and Nova policies and procedures\nProactively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of 401(k) plan administration experience and/or minimum of 5 years of experience consulting on 401(k) plan administration\nExperience with pricing and billing a plus\nFamiliarity with PEP, 402(a), and/or 3(16) service models and providers a plus\nExcellent knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing\nNIPA or ASPPA credentials\nCollege degree\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills\nHigh level of critical thinking\nAbility to multitask\nCommitted to lifelong learning and coachable\nWhat Nova Offers You:\nWe will provide you with a home office set-up including a computer and a phone.
