You will work closely with internal teams, procurement, finance, and external partners to ensure timely delivery, SLA compliance, and alignment with approved CAPEX/OPEX plans.\nWhat will you do:\nManage and track Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely ordering, delivery, and alignment with project requirements.\nConsolidate and monitor demand forecasts from internal teams to support efficient procurement planning.\nMonitor vendor and subcontractor performance against agreed SLAs and coordinate corrective actions where required.\nTrack budget consumption related to contracts and procurement, ensuring alignment with approved CAPEX/OPEX plans.\nSupport the administration and monitoring of contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial and technical terms.\nPrepare regular reports and dashboards on PO status, SLA performance, demand evolution, and budget utilization.\nCoordinate with procurement, finance, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.\nIt would be nice if you have:\nAt least 2- 3 years of experience, preferably on telecoms\nUniversity degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.\nContract Management: Knowledge of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, approval, renewal, and compliance.\nUnderstanding of SLAs, KPIs, vendor obligations, and commercial terms, with the ability to interpret POs, invoices, and delivery timelines.\nProject & Demand Management: Experience in aligning contractual commitments with operational demand, forecasting, and project requirements.\nGood understanding of procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes, preferably within a telecom environment.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to monitor demand, budgets, contractual obligations, and vendor performance.\nStrong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with finance, legal, network planning, procurement, technical teams, and external vendors.\nProject Management certification such as PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2 is considered an advantage.\nCPIM (APICS) certification is considered an advantage.\nTelecom-specific knowledge and/or vendor-specific training (e.g., Ericsson, Huawei, or Nokia) in telecom procurement or operations
