and translate customer insights into measurable business impact.\nWhat will you do:\nDesign, develop, and execute end-to-end CRM/CVM campaigns aligned with business objectives, including audience selection, offer setup, channel selection, and scheduling.\nDevelop Business customer segmentation and target strategies based on customer behavior, industry, and commercial opportunities.\nSupport SME customer lifecycle activities including acquisition, retention, upsell, cross-sell, churn prevention, and revenue growth initiatives. \nContinuously optimize campaigns and customer segmentation strategies based on business results and customer behavior insights.\nAnalyze large customer datasets using IBM SPSS Modeler or other analytical/data mining tools to identify insights and optimization opportunities.\nMonitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular and ad hoc reports.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation and alignment with business goals.\nStay up to date with industry trends, CRM best practices, and developments in telecommunications and customer analytics.\nIt would be nice if you have:\n3-5 years of experience in CRM/CVM, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.\nBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.\nStrong analytical, business understanding, reporting, and communication skills.\nExperience in data analysis or data mining tools (IBM SPSS Modeler knowledge is a plus).\nAbility to analyze large datasets and translate customer insights into actionable business recommendations.\nKnowledge of B2B/SME customer lifecycle management and commercial campaigns.\nAbility to identify growth opportunities and support revenue-generating initiatives within the SME segment.\nExperience in customer segmentation and value management strategies is considered a plus.\nResults-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nVery good command of the English language.\nCollaborative team player.\nExperience in telecommunications and familiarity with SQL or
