procedures, and providing technical support to the Shopping Centre’s stores\nWhat will you do:\nSupervision of the entire building infrastructure and facilities of the company on Athens Avenue \nMonitoring the proper operation of the electromechanical equipment of the facilities (complete electrical installations of strong and weak currents, cooling-heating, fire safety and fire-fighting systems, hydraulic and drainage systems, lifting equipment, etc.) \nmonitoring the preventive maintenance of the above installations \nCooperation with external partners for maintenance and technical works \nDiagnosis and repair of faults in electromechanical equipment and all building infrastructure \nChecking fire protection installations (active and passive) and participating in fire protection and emergency teams \nCoordinating incident management activities to ensure the smooth operation of the Centre, its shops and parking areas \nProvision of basic technical support to the shops of the Shopping Centre \nIt would be great if you have:\nMinimum of 3 years of seasoned experience in building & E/M infrastructure. \nDemonstrates a minimum of 2 years of expertise in uninterruptible power systems (UPS, Rectifiers, Inverters, backup batteries, etc.). \nExhibits a minimum of 2 years of experience in Air Conditioning/Ventilation for Comfort buildings and Data Centers (DX/CW, HVAC, VRV, CCU, Chiller, etc.). \nDisplays knowledge in MS Office word and worksheet programs processing. \nKnowledge in AutoCAD use would be an asset. \nCommands a good level of proficiency in the English
