We provide rollover account administration services for all types of qualified retirement plans including: 401(k), Profit Sharing, and Defined Benefit (including Cash Balance Plans and corporate trustee services for qualified retirement plans).\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPrepare distribution packages to account holders\nUpdate account holders, TPA partners, management, and plan sponsors as necessary on requests and progress\nEstablish solid working relationships with all vendors and plan sponsors to ensure open and accurate communication\nAnswer phone calls and emails from IRA holders\nPerform other related duties as required\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:\nNo experience required\nBilingual speaking a plus\nKnowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping\nWorking knowledge or ability to quickly grasp concepts of rollover IRAs and trust company functions\nKnowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, emails, memorandum, minutes, and reports\nAbility to use a personal computer and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook\nAbility to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision\nAbility to handle and resolve recurring problems\nSuperior organizational and prioritization skills\nFlexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task\nSalary and Benefits:\n$21 -
