Our Account Manager position is supported by a strong implementation group, plan document team, special projects team, and loan and distribution department. Our Account Managers are organized into teams that work toward firm goals with special recognition given to individuals with exceptional performance. Each Team Leader schedules weekly calls to discuss upcoming deadlines and developments within Nova and the industry.\nAbout Nova:\nNova 401(k) Associates is a vibrant third party non-producing administration firm. We offer a competitive compensation package including medical insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an HSA.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMaintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate\nMaintain a caseload of more complicated plans\nPerform escalated work product review for other team members\nManage and prioritize your workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment\nExemplify superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design\nProactively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments\nWork with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience\nPerform work according to Nova policies and procedures\nQualifications:\nTen or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience\nNIPA or ASPPA credentials\nCollege degree\nSuperior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing\nSuperior knowledge of 401(a)4 and controlled group testing; mergers and acquisitions experience\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task\nAbility to proactively and independently manage a book of business\nExcellent organizational skills\nHigh level of critical thinking\nCommitted to lifelong learning and coachable\nCompensation and Benefits:\nBase Salary $100,000 - $125,000\nSalaried, non-exempt\nMedical, dental, disability, and life insurance\nPaid time off\n401(k) plan with employer match\nWork Location/Hours:\nWork from home\nMust work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer\nWe will supply all necessary computer equipment\n37.5-hour work week\nYou may choose a start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am\n We get it.
