We have a team of experts ready to train you!\nOverview of the Position:\nNova 401(k) Associates is looking to fill fully remote DC Account Manager positions. We will provide you with a home office set-up including a computer and a phone. Nova has been offering remote work for over 10 years. We offer a great work experience for our remote employees!\nWe are in the process of transforming our Account Manager positions to focus more on client/advisor service. Our Account Manager positions are supported by a strong implementation group, plan document team, special projects team, loan and distribution department, and plan termination team. Our Account Managers are organized into teams that work toward firm goals. Each Team Leader schedules weekly calls to discuss upcoming deadlines and developments within Nova and the industry.\nAbout Nova:\nNova 401(k) Associates is a vibrant, growing, national, and non-producing third party administration firm. Of course, we also offer a competitive compensation package including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an HSA.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMaintain and build client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate\nMaintain a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans sponsored by tax-exempt entities\nManage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment\nExemplify superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design\nWork with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience\nPerform work according to Nova policies and procedures\nPro-actively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments\nReview and deliver required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500\nQualifications:\nFive or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience\nExcellent knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and delivering required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500\nIndustry designation a plus\nFour-year college degree a plus\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills\nHigh level of critical thinking\nCommitted to lifelong learning and coaching\nCompensation and Benefits:\nBase Salary $70,000 - $100,000\nSalaried, non-exempt\nMedical, dental, disability, and life insurance\nPaid time off\n401(k) plan with employer match\nWork Location/Hours:\nWork from home\nMust work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer\nWe will supply all necessary computer equipment\n37.5-hour work week\nYou may choose a start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am\n We get it.
