Walking from building to building, you can observe our whole process, from concept to final product.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nReceive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments into the inventory system\nOrganize and store materials in designated locations\nCreate production kits and fulfill parts requests\nMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and record updates utilizing Microsoft D365\nPack and prepare parts, equipment, and materials for shipment\nReplenish Kanban bins to support production flow\nCoordinate recycling pickups with external vendors\nSupport team operations by training new members and participating in meetings\nPromote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement\nWhat you’ll do:\nAs an Inventory Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the flow of materials across our supply chain. This position oversees the receiving, storing, cycle counting, kitting, and distribution of goods.\nOther key areas include:\nStrong attention to detail \nVisual ability to perform detailed inventory and warehouse tasks\nStrong reading and logistical skills\nEffective communication skills with strong follow-through\nDemonstrate basic computer skills (ex: e-mail, excel, Inventory Management System)\nOccasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds with potential up to 70lbs\nAbility to drive company vehicle\nForklift experience preferred \nOur location:\nIn 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota.
