Walking from building to building, you can observe our whole process, from concept to final product.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nResearch, design, develop, test, debug, and document software for new and existing products, technologies, and applications.\nDiagnose software and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions and corrective actions.\nPerform software programming, code reviews, system and server architecture, device communication, testing, and debugging.\nDevelop and execute test protocols; analyze operational, testing, and research data to support product performance and design decisions.\nParticipate in projects from concept and design through implementation, testing, customer placement, and ongoing improvement.\nApply programming skills in JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, C#, and HTML preferred.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, communicate project needs and deliverables, and support creative solutions.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Software Developer designs, develops, tests, and documents software for new and existing technologies and applications. This role collaborates with internal teams, customers, and industry partners to develop and support Nova-Tech Engineering’s products and equipment while contributing to cross-functional problem-solving.\nOther key areas include:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n5+ years of related experience.\nStrong programming skills with JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, C#, and HTML preferred.\nExperience with databases, servers, and systems including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Azure DevOps/CI/CD, IIS, Git, Windows, and Linux preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to prioritize multiple demands, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.\nCollaborative, professional, ethical, and respectful approach to working with diverse teams.\nOur location:\nIn 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota.
