Tool Presetting, Measurement& CNC Setup Support\nPerform tool presetting and measurement using Haimer tool presetters, including tool length, diameter, corner radius, runout, and balancing checks.\nVerify and adjust tool offsets before releasing tools to production.\nSupport CNC machine setup activities, including machine preparation, workpiece setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments.\nSupport machining operations on 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers.\n3. Tool& Fixture Assembly\nAssemble cutting tools according to tooling lists and setup requirements.\nAssemble fixtures based on approved engineering drawings and setup sheets.\nVerify fixture orientation, datum alignment, clamping methods, and torque requirements.\nLabel fixtures with identification numbers, revision levels, and usage status.\nPrepare tooling and fixture kits for NPI, FA, trial runs, and production activities.\n4. Tool Maintenance, Documentation & Housekeeping\nInspect, maintain, and manage tooling, fixtures, and tool crib equipment. \nMonitor tool condition and coordinate repair, regrinding, or replacement. \nMaintain accurate tooling records and documentation. \nEnsure compliance with SOPs, 5S, and safety requirements.\n5.Production & Engineering Support\nSupport production and CNC teams in resolving tooling and machining issues. \nTrouble shoot tooling, setup, and process-related problems. \nInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. \nCollaborate with Engineering teams on tooling optimization and process improvements. \nSupport NPI, machining trials, and First Article activities.\n6.Equipment & Machining Support\nSupport machining activities involving DMU, YOUJI, Kitamura, Mazak, and other CNC machining centers.\nEnsure tooling and machining activities are performed according to established quality and production requirements.\n7.
