Distinguish whether defects originated from in-house machining, cleaning, or 3rd-party plating.\n\nDrive First Article Inspection (FAI) and process qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new parts.\n\nEstablish and maintain robust SOPs, WIs, PFMEAs, and Control Plans.
