Supporting in the implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance of ERP, MES, WMS and other manufacturing-related systems, while maintaining IT infrastructure, managing IT assets, ensuring information security compliance, and coordinating IT projects across the organization.\nKey responsibilities\nSupport the implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance of ERP, MES, WMS and other manufacturing-related systems\n\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document issues and follow up on system defects with Group IT and system vendors\n\nAssist with system configuration, user training, documentation and application support\n\nWork with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance and other departments to understand operational requirements\n\nSupport system upgrades, enhancements and integration activities under the direction of the IT Manager and Group IT\n\nMaintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, network devices, software and other IT equipment\n\nProvide timely technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and access-related issues\n\nMaintain accurate IT asset inventories, software licence records and equipment assignment records\n\nImplement Group IT policies, cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection and user access management requirements\n\nCoordinate with the IT Manager and Group IT on system implementation and assigned IT projects\n\nRequirements:\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant practical experience\n\nRelevant hands-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure support or application support\n\nExperience supporting ERP, MES, WMS or other manufacturing-related business systems\n\nPractical experience in system implementation, UAT, troubleshooting, user training or application maintenance\n\nKnowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, user access management and IT security practices\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\n\nAble to work independently, prioritize tasks and respond effectively to urgent IT issues\n\nManufacturing, semiconductor or precision engineering industry experience will be an advantage\n\nExperience working with Group IT teams, system integrators or external IT vendors will be an
