Responsibilities\nPerform assembly, installation, and testing of semiconductor hardware, components, and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and SOPs.\n\nOperate mechanical hand tools, testing equipment, assembly fixtures, and related equipment safely and correctly.\n\nPerform mechanical assembly, component fitting, wiring, tubing, and basic hardware installation.\n\nConduct functional, visual, and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.\n\nFollow approved work instructions, engineering drawings, BOMs, and process requirements.\n\nRecord assembly and testing results accurately in production records and/or MES systems.\n\nIdentify and report abnormalities, defects, equipment issues, and testing failures.\n\nSupport troubleshooting and corrective actions for assembly and testing issues.\n\nMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S, ESD, safety, and quality requirements.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement activities and perform other production-related duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements\nN-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent.\n\n1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, mechanical assembly, or testing is preferred.\n\nBasic knowledge of mechanical assembly, electrical/electronic components, hand tools, and testing equipment.\n\nAble to read and understand basic work instructions, drawings, and safety requirements in English.\n\nGood attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.\n\nResponsible, disciplined, and able to work effectively as part of a team.\n\nWilling to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.\n\nWilling to work overtime and/or shift work when
