Responsibilities\nPerform manual polishing, deburring, grinding, and surface finishing of precision-machined components.\n\nRemove burrs, sharp edges, machining marks, scratches, and other surface imperfections according to engineering drawings and work instructions.\n\nOperate polishing machines, grinding tools, deburring tools, and other related equipment safely.\n\nEnsure components meet specified surface finish, edge condition, dimensional, and cosmetic requirements.\n\nConduct visual and dimensional inspections after polishing and deburring.\n\nUse measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment where required.\n\nHandle precision components carefully to prevent scratches, dents, contamination, or other damage.\n\nFollow SOPs, work instructions, engineering drawings, BOMs, and quality requirements.\n\nRecord production and inspection results accurately.\n\nSupport other production activities such as cleaning, washing, assembly, and packing when required.\n\nReport abnormal conditions, quality defects, equipment issues, or other concerns to the Supervisor/Engineer.\n\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.\n\nRequirements\nN-Level / O-Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent.\n\n1–2 years of relevant experience in polishing, deburring, grinding, machining, metal finishing, or precision manufacturing is preferred.\n\nBasic knowledge of polishing, deburring, grinding, and surface finishing processes.\n\nAble to use hand tools, deburring tools, polishing machines, grinding tools, and basic inspection equipment.\n\nBasic ability to understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and work instructions.\n\nAble to identify scratches, burrs, dents, sharp edges, stains, and other surface defects.\n\nBasic understanding of quality requirements and inspection procedures.\n\nAble to understand basic English work instructions and communicate effectively with team members.\n\nCareful, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and safety.\n\nWilling to work overtime and/or shift work when required.\n\nWilling to work in East region, Changi
