Responsibilities\nManage daily assembly production activities to achieve production schedules, quality targets, and on-time delivery commitments.\nPlan, allocate, and optimize manpower resources based on project requirements and production demands.\nLead and supervise production supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure smooth production operations.\nMonitor production progress and implement corrective actions to meet committed schedules.\nEnsure all assembly activities are carried out in accordance with work instructions, engineering drawings, BOMs, and approved procedures.\nManage material availability, tooling, fixtures, and equipment required for production.\nIdentify and resolve production issues, material shortages, engineering concerns, and quality-related problems in a timely manner.\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery performance.\nEstablish and monitor production KPIs and implement recovery plans when targets are not achieved.\nEnsure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.\nReview production performance reports and provide regular updates to management on operational performance, risks, and mitigation plans.\nFoster a positive and high-performance work culture through effective leadership, coaching, and employee development.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related disciplines.\nMinimum 8 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.\nStrong knowledge of production planning, assembly processes, quality systems, and delivery management.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, assembly procedures, and work instructions.\nExperience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing and project-based production environments.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.\nProven leadership and people management capabilities.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills.\nCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to work under tight project timelines.\nExperience in equipment manufacturing, semiconductor equipment assembly, precision engineering, or automation industries is highly preferred.\nFamiliarity with ERP/MES systems and production tracking tools.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.\nGood understanding of EHS requirements within a
