Responsibilities\nOversee the maintenance and reliability of all manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, tool presetters, inspection equipment, welding machines, compressors, chillers, and other production equipment.\nDevelop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.\nLead equipment troubleshooting, breakdown recovery, and root cause analysis (RCA) activities.\nMonitor equipment performance and reliability, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and control systems.\nPlan and coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams.\nManage maintenance resources including spare parts inventory, maintenance tools, contractors, OEMs, and service providers.\nSupport new equipment installation, commissioning, upgrading, relocation, and improvement projects.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and improvement of MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and PM compliance.\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.\nMinimum 8 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably CNC milling and turning equipment.\nStrong knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, servo, spindle, and machine control systems.\nProven experience in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and root cause analysis.\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.\nKnowledge of maintenance KPIs, spare parts management, and equipment reliability practices, safety LOTO requirement.\nExperience with CMMS, ERP, or MES systems will be an added advantage.\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and able to respond to urgent equipment breakdowns when required.\nWilling to work in the East Region,
