You will ensure timely and accurate material issuance, replenishment and dispatch to support production schedules and customer requirements, while optimizing warehouse layout, processes and inventory management systems.\nKey responsibilities\nManage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, kitting, staging, packing and shipping.\n\nEnsure timely and accurate material issuance, replenishment and dispatch to support production schedules and customer requirements.\n\nEstablish and maintain standardized warehouse procedures and work instructions.\n\nCoordinate warehouse activities and material transfers between Singapore and Malaysia, where applicable.\n\nOptimize warehouse layout, storage arrangements, material flow and handling processes.\n\nImprove space utilization, productivity and operational efficiency.\n\nImplement and maintain 5S, visual management and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems and ensure timely recording of all stock movements.\n\nLead, supervise and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders and operators.\n\nEnsure warehouse operations comply with applicable workplace safety requirements, EHS standards and company policies.\n\nRequirements:\nAt least 8 years of relevant warehouse operations experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.\n\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling and stock management.\n\nPractical experience using ERP/WMS systems for inventory transactions and warehouse operations.\n\nFamiliarity with 5S, Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting and physical stocktaking.\n\nExperience leading warehouse teams, planning manpower and monitoring operational KPIs.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and people management skills.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.\n\nDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related discipline is preferred;
