About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to take ownership of campaign planning and coordination across our near-prime client portfolio. You will define the campaign structure and schedule, coordinate cross-functional teams to automate and launch campaigns on time, and ensure seamless execution from brief to analysis. This role requires a systematic thinker who can build scalable campaign processes and deliver results in a fast-paced lending environment. The role is based in Mexico, with remote flexibility and business trips when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the structure, prioritization, and schedule of portfolio campaigns targeting activation, balance building, retention, and cross-sell among Near Prime customers.

• Own the full campaign cycle - from briefing and task setting to launch coordination, delivery monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.

• Collaborate with development and CRM teams to automate recurring campaigns, reducing manual effort and increasing speed to market.

• Work closely with marketing, analytics, IT, and product teams to align on timelines, resources, and priorities for all campaign initiatives.

• Verify campaign setup accuracy, audience segmentation logic, and communication scenarios before launch to ensure flawless customer experiences.

• Monitor campaign results against KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization.

• Establish standards, playbooks, and best practices to continuously improve the speed, quality, and impact of portfolio campaigns.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing marketing or CRM campaigns at a Senior level in fintech, banking, or consumer lending - mandatory.

• Solid understanding of CRM principles, customer segmentation, and communication automation (e.g., triggered journeys, dynamic content).

• Upper-intermediate English or higher (both spoken and written) - required for communication with international teams and HQ.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns concurrently and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

• Proactive mindset, end-to-end ownership of results, and ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Advanced soft skills: clear communication, stakeholder management, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
