You’ll work at the intersection of development and operations — building automation tools, improving observability, and preventing incidents before they occur.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure the stability, performance, and fault tolerance of production systems.\n\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure automation and observability tools.\n\nMonitor system health, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).\n\nCollaborate with development teams to improve scalability and reliability of services.\n\nDefine and manage SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.\n\nLead incident response: organize recovery, document RCA, and run blameless post-mortems.\n\nConfigure and administer Grafana and Zabbix, design insightful dashboards, and fine-tune alerting.\n\nIntegrate and monitor external vendor systems, collaborating with vendor technical support when needed.\n\nRequirementsKey Requirements:\nFluent Russian, English B1+ (comfortable with technical documentation).\n\n3+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer.\n\nStrong understanding of observability principles (metrics, logs, traces).\n\nHands-on experience with Grafana and Zabbix (administration, configuration, alert optimization).\n\nExperience working with AWS and CI/CD tools.\n\nPractical knowledge of SLI/SLO/Error Budget frameworks.\n\nExperience leading and documenting incidents and post-mortems.\n\nScripting skills for automation (Python, Bash, or Go).\n\nSolid understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience monitoring and supporting mobile applications.\n\nFamiliarity with Terraform, Prometheus, Loki, ELK, or similar tools.\n\nExperience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nFully remote work format.\n\nOfficial employment under the Russian Labor Code (for residents of Russia);
