Novacore is the newly formed specialty insurance entity created from the April 2025 sale of NSM Insurance Group’s U.S. commercial division. We’re building something bold and meaningful, and every team member plays a vital role in that mission.\nThis role is hybrid from one of our many office locations: Conshohocken, PA Home Office; Plano, TX; Oak Brook IL.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for building a portfolio of business in alignment with a set budget expectation.\nProvide leadership in accordance with the company's vision, mission and values while providing direct supervision, training and guidance to the underwriting department.\nMaintain and conform to all underwriting guidelines for all company procedures, rate levels and underwriting authorities domestic and foreign.\nBe a part of strategic discussions regarding expansion into additional states and/or territories. \nCommunicate effectively with the internal and external teams on accountability of goal setting and strategic sales initiatives.
