networking, VPNs, firewall rules, CIDR conflicts, routing, etc.\n\nCollaborate with customer IT / network teams to design secure, robust connectivity solutions.\n\nSupport deployments and connectivity for customers using AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid on-prem/cloud setups.\n\nBuild automation and tooling to detect, surface, and debug connectivity and infra issues proactively.\n\nSecurity & Compliance\nMaintain and improve Nova's information security management system aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2.\n\nUse Vanta (or similar tooling) to manage evidence collection, control mapping, policy and documentation updates.\n\nWork with internal teams to ensure continuous adherence to security and compliance requirements.\n\nSupport external audits, pen tests, and remediation planning.\n\nAutomate and document security and compliance processes to enable scaling as we grow.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nSignificant experience (5+ years) in cloud infrastructure / DevOps / security engineering.\n\nHands-on experience with Terraform in production environments.\n\nStrong expertise in AWS (VPC, networking, VPNs, IAM, compute, etc.).\n\nSolid networking fundamentals (VPNs, subnets, routing, firewalls, CIDR planning, DNS, etc.).\n\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks - ideally SOC 2 and ISO 27001 (or willingness to learn quickly).\n\nExperience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or similar).\n\nAbility to communicate clearly with internal teams and external customer stakeholders.\n\nProblem-solving mindset: debugging connectivity, infra and cloud issues across environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with GCP or Azure (or other cloud providers) -
