You will work within the squad's processes: planning, grooming, code reviews, sprints, and releases.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain the visitor’s personal account and parts of the funnel from landing pages to booked lessons\n\nOwn attribution: end-to-end visit tracking chains, UTM parameters, and diagnosing gaps in V2L/V2B tracking\n\nBuild server-side integrations with ad platforms (e.g., Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, and similar)\n\nWrite and debug backend code in Python/Node: endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering\n\nSupport A/B testing: rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code cleanup\n\nInvestigate production incidents via Sentry and drive them through to resolution\n\nMonitor and optimize public page speed: Core Web Vitals\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React\n\nPython and Node.js: ability to work independently on the backend—endpoints, caching, SSR debugging—beyond just a thin BFF (Backend-For-Frontend) layer\n\nExperience with analytics and tracking: GTM, event tracking, server-side conversion delivery.
