The role sits at the intersection of talent relations, content strategy, budget execution, and cross-functional coordination with performance marketing (PPC) and creative teams.\nCelebrity & Creator Partnerships\nSource and identify celebrities and creators fit for the brand and market\n\nLead outreach and negotiate contract terms, fees, and deliverables\n\nDraw up and manage contracts, including renewals and terminations\n\nMaintain relationships with talent and their representatives (agents, managers) across markets\n\nTrack partnership status from first contact through content delivery and payment\n\nCreator Briefs & Content Strategy\nWrite creator briefs: story concepts, key messages, tone, and format requirements per market/celebrity\n\nSet and enforce editorial rules to keep content on-brand and compliant\n\nReview content drafts for quality, natural/native-sounding language, and message accuracy before publishing\n\nAdapt campaign concepts to local market nuances (language, culture, regulatory constraints)\n\nCoordinate revisions with creators and internal creative resources\n\nCampaign & Budget Management\nPlan campaign timelines and deliverables against acquisition targets\n\nPrioritize and sequence spend across markets during high-volume periods (e.g. Back to School)\n\nCoordinate partnership ad activation with the PPC team to keep paid spend flowing\n\nTrack budget allocation and flag risks from delays (e.g. late celebrity deliverables)\n\nBalance urgent, high-priority regions against steady-state markets\n\nAgency & Vendor Management\nManage external influencer-sourcing agencies per market (e.g. regional creator agencies)\n\nAssign and monitor regional coverage across markets to ensure consistent execution\n\nEvaluate agency performance and reallocate coverage as market needs shift\n\nAdministrative Operations\nPrepare and process contracts and invoices for celebrities, creators, and agencies\n\nSet up and track promo codes tied to campaigns\n\nLog and monitor PPC-related and other cross-functional tasks (e.g. in Jira)\n\nReporting & Analytics\nTrack sales and CAC (customer acquisition cost) performance by market and period\n\nReport on campaign metrics such as bookings, trials, and sales predictions\n\nSummarize period-over-period and year-over-year performance against targets\n\nFlag and correct data-interpretation issues before they reach leadership\n\nPrepare weekly/monthly status updates and reports for cross-functional stakeholders\n\nRequirements\nWhat you bring:\nminimum 3 years of influencer marketing experience covering several countries;\n\nexperience with European influencers and agencies is preferable;\n\nFluent English;\n\nWhat we offer:\nFully remote work.\n\nA chance to shape the future of AI-driven education.\n\nA fun, dynamic team that loves building innovative products.\n\nUnlimited holidays -
