We are looking for a Learning Content Editor who can recognise what makes a lesson clear, engaging and effective, whether it was created by a person, AI or a combination of both.\nYou will review lesson drafts and completed lessons, looking beyond correct language to the overall quality of the learning experience. You will work closely with content creators, project managers and proofreaders to make sure lessons achieve their intended outcomes.\nWhat you will do\nCheck that activities teach, practise and assess the intended learning outcomes.\n\nAssess logical flow, scaffolding, pacing and suitability for learners’ ages and levels.\n\nSpot opportunities to make lessons more engaging and give learners more meaningful practice.\n\nReview slides, instructions, teacher notes and interactions for clarity and intuitive use.\n\nIdentify English that sounds unnatural, awkward or overly formulaic, even when it is grammatically correct.\n\nProvide specific suggested changes, explain why they matter and check the creator’s revisions.\n\nUse AI and automation thoughtfully to support efficient, consistent editorial review.\n\nYou will recommend improvements, including sample wording or alternative activities where useful; creators implement all changes.
