components, including:\n\nPortalfor ArcGIS\n\nArcGISServer (federated)\n\nExperienceBuilder (Developer Edition and hosted)\n\nArcGISDashboards\n\nAdministerArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure, including Portal, ArcGIS Server sites,\nhosting servers, data stores, user/role management, content governance,\nsecurity configuration, and environment monitoring.\n\nDevelopinteractive tools and applications to support NDOT programs such as:\n\nRoadwayasset management and inventory tracking\n\nMaintenanceactivity monitoring\n\nTrafficoperations and incident mapping\n\nProjectplanning and visualization\n\nBuildand manage scalable and secure web services (map, feature, and\ngeoprocessing) using ArcGIS Server 11.x+.\n\nAutomateGIS workflows and service publishing using Python (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for\nPython) and scheduled tasks.\n\nIntegrateGIS applications with enterprise data systems (e.g., asset management,\nmaintenance, project databases).\n\nCustomizeand extend applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript (v4.x) and\nExperience Builder widgets.\n\nCollaboratewith NDOT engineers, planners, analysts, cartographers, and IT teams to\ngather requirements and implement solutions.\n\nOptimizeperformance of spatial services and applications; ensure adherence to\nstate IT and data governance standards.\n\nMonitor,maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise GIS environments, including service\nperformance, system health, and infrastructure configurations across\ndevelopment, test, and production environments.\n\nDocumentworkflows, configurations, and provide technical support and training to\nend users.\n\nStaycurrent with Esri advancements and new features in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x\nto inform continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’sdegree in Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, Transportation\nPlanning, or a related field.\n\n3+years of experience in GIS development, with at least 1-2 years using\nArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 or newer.\n\nProficiencywith:\n\nArcGISExperience Builder\n\nArcGISDashboards\n\nArcGISServer and Portal (11.1+)\n\nArcGISPro (for service publishing and geoprocessing)\n\nArcGISAPI for JavaScript (v4.x)\n\nPython(ArcPy and ArcGIS API for Python)\n\nExperienceadministering ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure, including federated\nservers, data stores, authentication, and content/user management.\n\nExperiencedeveloping and deploying applications for internal enterprise users and\nthe public.\n\nStrongunderstanding of federated ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, content\nmanagement, and security roles.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperienceworking in a state or local Department of Transportation or similar public\nsector environment.\n\nFamiliaritywith linear referencing systems (LRS), transportation asset management, or\nroadway networks.\n\nExperiencewith DevOps tools.\n\nEsriTechnical Certification (e.g., Enterprise Administration, Web Application\nDeveloper) or
