bookings, virtual meeting setup, and participant communications\n Track deliverables, milestones, and deadlines across workstreams\n Support onboarding of new team members or vendors\n Handle general administrative needs supporting program operations\n Work closely with the Oracle Cloud Project Manager and interact with ITS leadership, Finance, HR, and vendor teams\nRequirements:\n Strong organizational skills and attention to detail\n Experience supporting project teams in a coordination or administrative capacity\n Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously\n Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and similar productivity platforms\n Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills\n Ability to take initiative and work independently once direction is given\n Experience supporting enterprise software or ERP implementations (beneficial but not required)\n Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project coordination tools (beneficial but not required)\n Public sector or government experience (beneficial but not required)\n Experience reviewing vendor invoices or tracking contract financials
