Knowledge of Wisconsin’s Child Support Program desired\nDetailed Job Description: (Please be specific with all job duties required by the hired candidate.)\nThe State Training Manager (Training Manager) will confirm development of necessary training and resource materials. They will review and provide feedback on DDI developed training materials and information needed for staff to use the new system, including training modules, user manuals, and other material deemed necessary.\nThis position reports to the Organizational Change Manager and provides updates and reports regularly on the status of training. This position is responsible with working with the OCM, Project Manager and the DDI Training team.\nThe State Training Manager will also coordinate, plan and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for and facilitate training.
