Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:\nHands-on CRM development supporting crisis call workflows for the MICAL (Michigan Crisis Line), including coding and delivering user stories\nWork with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and any future enhancements.\nEnsure that the technical requirements tie back to the established customer requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with the client's long-term strategy.\nTake ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.\nHas overall technical responsibility for the technical aspects of the project environments\nCompile internal development guidelines/standards for the development team and ensure the team is following those standards.\nCollaborating with Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business.\nEnsures the proposed solutions adhere to SOM security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle.\nProven record of delivering business value by leveraging technology and an ability to communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level and be a trusted voice at the decision-making table.\nDevise a training plan for the development team for a smooth and successful transition to Maintenance & Operations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nSalesforce:\nStrong knowledge and working experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.\nParticipation in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations\nIn-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce\nStrong hands-on experience in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components.\nKnowledge in implementing solutions using configurations(no-code) such as Flows, process builders, and workflow Rules, etc.\nWork with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders in gathering requirements and driving the team to implement technical solutions.\nHands-on experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based applications and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs\nGood Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)\nHands-on experience in implementing various authentication protocols(oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications.\nDemonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.\nOwnership of all End-to-End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development\nDefine, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Salesforce technology efforts.\nAssess Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform\nDesign and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems\nSupport SFDX development, branch management, merging, and code deployment activities using Azure DevOps build CI/CD process.\nIdentification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.\nThe successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work under dynamic conditions and within deadlines. \nRequired Qualifications:\nDemonstrated hands on experience with Salesforce, including SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle\n6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience\n4+ years of experience developing within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript\n5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud\n3+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC\n2+ years of experience with API integrations and Single Sign On (SSO) implementations\nExperience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or comparable tools for requirements tracking, CI/CD, or release management\nExposure to data migration and/or cloud integration projects\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II\nAdditional experience that is beneficial but not required, including:\nExperience with Conga and
