This role is for\ncybersecurity professional looking to build a strong foundation in threat detection, incident response, and\nSOC operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nSOC Tool Monitoring & Health: Regularly review and monitor Security Operation Center tools\n(such as SIEM, DLP tools, Web Application firewalls) to ensure operational health, proper log\ningestion, and continuous visibility.\nLog & Alert Triaging: Monitor real-time security dashboards and system logs, perform initial\ntriage on alerts, and escalate to senior BISM staff as needed to distinguish between false\npositives and legitimate security events.\nVulnerability Review: Review routine vulnerability scan results and assist in tracking known\nweaknesses across assets.\nTicketing & Documentation: Accurately document all security events, investigations, and\nremediation steps within the ticketing system.
