Including automation and/or additional self-service features and functions.\n- Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multi-cloud resource\nprovisioning and governance. utilize ServiceNow toolset to enhance workflow for process automation.\nRequired skills (must include years of experience, in order of importance):\n1. -Strong knowledge and experiencing\nmanaging/developing a large scale ServiceNow environment\n2. -ITSM concepts and Framework\n3. -Server API Development\n4. -Powershell\nRequired Education:\nA bachelor's degree in communications,\nbusiness administration, computer science,\nManagement of information science, or related\nfield, and two years of hands-on experience\nwith implementing Information Technology\nInfrastructure Library (ITIL),\nOR an associate\ndegree in communications, business\nadministration, computer science, management\ninformation science or a related field and four\nyears of hands-on experience with\nimplementing ITIL.\nADDITIONAL SKILLS:\n-Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment\n-Ability to communicate and gather technical requirements from customers.\n-Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, users, management, vendors and other officials\nRequired Skills\nSkill Type\nSkill Name\n\nBachelor's degree in communications, business administration, computer science, Management of information science, or related field (associate's degree & four years of experience with implementing ITIL can substitute).\n\n2+ years two years of hands-on experience with implementing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL),\n\nExperience managing/developing a large scale ServiceNow environment.\n\nITSM Concepts and Framework.\n\nServer API Development\n\nPowershell\nPreferred Skills\nThere are currently no preferred skills to display.
