The incumbent\ncontractor is likely to reapply.\nScope of the project:\nThe intent of this work order is to supplement the DOR Miscellaneous\nApplications Section focusing on design, development, testing, and deployment\nof enterprise application solutions. This individual will need to work with various\nbusiness and technology groups to understand requirements for each area of the\norganization. Design documentation will need to be produced documenting final\ndeployment details along with support procedures as needed. Architectural\ntechnical and documentation skills are equally important for this position.\nUnder general supervision, the contractor will serve as an Architect responsible\nfor the development and maintenance of architecture models for large-scale\nenterprise web applications. The contractor designs component structures and\nrelationships, builds architecture framework, utilizes development application\ntechnologies such as services-oriented architecture (SOA), workflow engines,\nand business rules engines to build secure high-performance, and maintainable\napplication architectures.
