Full Stack Application Development\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.\nBuild responsive, scalable, and accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.\nDevelop robust back-end services using technologies such as .NET/C#, Node.js\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.\nApply object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.\nModernize legacy applications and integrate them with cloud-based platforms.\nParticipate in architectural reviews, technical design sessions, and code reviews.\n2. AI-Powered Software Engineering\nActively utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate application development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and testing.\nDemonstrate hands-on experience with tools such as:\nGitHub Copilot - AI-assisted coding, code generation, refactoring, and unit test creation.\nChatGPT / OpenAI - Technical problem-solving, code optimization, API integration, and development productivity.\nClaude - Code analysis, technical documentation, and development assistance.\nCursor / Windsurf - AI-native development environments and agent-assisted coding.\n Microsoft Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI - Enterprise AI application development and integration.\nEvaluate and implement AI-based development workflows to improve engineering efficiency and software quality.\nDevelop AI-enabled application features using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge integration.\nUnderstand AI agent frameworks, function calling, vector databases, and AI orchestration patterns.\nEnsure AI-generated code meets organizational security, compliance, performance, and quality standards.\nPromote responsible AI usage, including protection of confidential information, human review of AI-generated outputs, and secure handling of enterprise data.\n3. Enterprise Application Integration\nDesign and develop integrations across enterprise platforms, SaaS applications, and internal systems.\nBuild secure APIs and integration services using REST, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.\nWork with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other business applications, as applicable.\nDevelop automated workflows and integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate, or comparable technologies.\nSupport data exchange, transformation, synchronization, and integration monitoring.\nTroubleshoot complex application and integration issues across multiple systems.\n4. Cloud, DevOps, and Automation\nDesign and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure\nImplement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.\nWork with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and infrastructure-as-code technologies.\nImplement automated unit, integration, regression, and API testing.\nUtilize AI-assisted testing tools to improve test coverage and identify defects.\nMonitor application performance, security, availability, and operational reliability.\nSupport secure software delivery practices, including DevSecOps and vulnerability remediation.\n5. Database and Data Engineering\nWork with SQL Server\nDevelop complex queries, stored procedures, data models, and performance optimization strategies.\nImplement secure data access and integration patterns.\nSupport data pipelines and AI-ready data architectures where required.\n6. Technical Leadership and Collaboration\nServe as a senior technical contributor and mentor to development team members.\nLead technical design discussions and recommend scalable engineering solutions.\nCollaborate with business analysts, solution architects, product owners, and enterprise application teams.\nTranslate complex business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.\nDevelop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation standards.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve development processes through AI, automation, and reusable components.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience, including significant hands-on full stack development.\nDemonstrated experience designing and delivering complex enterprise applications.\nStrong experience working in cross-functional enterprise IT
