procedures.\n-Administering and using project management software tools and programs, using process management software tools, and using software testing tools.\nSAFe practice\n-Product Management and Agile Methodology.\n-Product Management planning, work-plans, and development efforts.\n-IT testing processes and IT audit procedures. \n-Leadership and team building strategies.\n-Critical thinking
