Since 1989, their commitment to engineering excellence, superior quality, and customer-focused support drives them to innovate and continuously improve the most reliable automated solutions available.\nSummary\nATI Industrial Automation is seeking a dynamic, proactive and bilingual (Spanish speaking) Field Application Engineer to manage our Tool Changer and Material Removal product lines. This role is a perfect fit for an individual with a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for robotics and automation. It is a remote field based role in Texas covering the US and Mexico.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProvide product technical support to customers in the pre-sale and post-sale process\n\nAccompany sales personnel on customer visits to identify new opportunities and assist in closing sales by providing technical expertise and product knowledge.\n\nConduct product demonstrations using Robots and presentations to showcase product capabilities at tradeshows, conferences, and customer sites.\n\nDevelop novel applications for ATI products using Robots and publish videos and application notes\n\nTroubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely fashion.\n\nUse Salesforce for case management and customer support.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive product and process innovation.\n\nRequired Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, Controls, or related Engineering discipline.\n\nSpanish and English fluency.\n\n3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the automation industry.\n\nStrong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.\n\nExperience and familiarity with Robot (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, etc.) programming is desirable.\n\nExperience with SolidWorks and MS Office Suite.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.\n\nTravel Requirements\nUp to 40% in the United States and Mexico\n\nCompensation\nThe salary range for this position is $100,795 to $125,000 annually based on full-time employment. Compensation offers are determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, and education.\n\nCertain positions may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentive programs.
