Come explore Novanta.\nAs an Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer, you'll manage site risks, recommending improvements. You'll also ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Contributing to the development of organization-wide Environmental, Health, and Safety policies, programs, and procedures.\nImplementing and maintaining Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.\nAssessing and investigating risks and incidents, determining root causes, and developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.\nConducting and participating in regular audits and inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation of activities.\nCollaborating with other departments to ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety considerations are integrated into all operations.
