You'll represent a highly respected technology business positioned at the centre of those trends.\nWhat You'll Be Responsible For\nGrowing revenue, bookings and strategic customer relationships across Germany\nDeveloping and executing territory and account growth plans\nIdentifying and converting new business opportunities with OEM customers\nManaging complex technical sales cycles and design-win opportunities\nCollaborating with engineering, quality, procurement, product management and executive stakeholders\nNegotiating commercial agreements with new and existing customers\nProviding accurate forecasting and opportunity management through Salesforce\nWorking closely with colleagues across Novanta's global commercial organisation\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou may not tick every box, but successful candidates will typically bring:\nA degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical discipline\nExperience selling highly engineered products or solutions into OEM customers\nStrong technical understanding of motion control technologies, including motors, encoders, drives or related automation products\nExperience supporting customers through complex qualification or design-in processes\nA track record of managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders\nExperience within at least two of the following markets: Robotics Medical Robotics Semiconductor Metrology Satellite Communications\nStrong commercial acumen and customer relationship skills\nFluency in German and English is highly desirable\nAbout Novanta\nAt Novanta, our purpose is simple: build a career powered by innovations that matter.\nOur technologies help improve healthcare outcomes, advance manufacturing capabilities and enable some of the world's most sophisticated applications.
