The engineer will also help detect bugs and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience on the software developed on the company.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nVerify and detect bugs before the product is launched to customers.\n\nValidate and verify hardware designs.\n\nWrite internal documentation and test reports.\n\nDefine the Test and Verification Plans for Servo Drives products.\n\nReview and improve external documentation for Servo Drives products (product manuals, datasheets, etc.).\n\nImprove internal documentation for Servo Drives products (architecture, detailed design, etc.).\n\nSupport customers via email or online meetings\n\nRequired Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies\nMS or PhD in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Control/Robotics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n\nMinimum of 1 year of working experience.\n\nExperience in software testing procedures.\n\nKnowledge of Agile development methodologies.\n\nExperience with electronic circuit technology design and assembly processes.\n\nBackground in electrical power applications.\n\nFluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.\n\nPersonal interest in the Robotics/Motion Control field.\n\nAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.\n\nEnthusiast of new technologies.\n\nCapacity to analyze problems from multiple perspectives and explore creative solutions.\n\nPositive, proactive, and energetic attitude.\n\nHigh attention to detail with a desire for excellence\n\nTravel Requirements\nOccasionally travel as needed (domestically and internationally) to customers for support and/or installation.\n\nNovanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
