This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of data-driven healthcare, build high-impact solutions, and help Novartis reimagine medicine for patients around the world.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the rollout, adoption, and governance of scalable Data, Artificial Intelligence, and analytics products across global markets.\nDevelop advanced analytics product roadmaps spanning concept, engineering, launch, adoption, security, compliance, and business process change.\nEvaluate, prototype, and scale next-generation solutions through proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and reusable frameworks.\nModernize platforms using cloud-native architectures, application programming interfaces, data products, semantic layers, and intelligent automation.\nEstablish engineering standards, governance, and reusable components across data, analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and integration platforms.\nDrive operational excellence across enterprise platforms through automation, monitoring, lifecycle management, and scalable self-service capabilities.\nPartner with Enterprise Architecture to define technology strategies, modernization roadmaps, and secure, compliant, scalable architectures.\nScale emerging Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions into responsible, governed, enterprise-grade products.\nAlign business, technology, executive, and vendor stakeholders around investments, roadmaps, risks, governance, and measurable value.\nBuild and mentor high-performing teams while strengthening capabilities across Artificial Intelligence, data, analytics, and cloud technologies.\nEssential Requirements\n12-15+ years of experience in data and analytics, artificial intelligence, product engineering, or digital technology leadership.\nProven success delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and Generative Artificial Intelligence products through adoption.\nExperience leading global, cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, data scientists, and product managers within matrix organizations.\nExpertise in cloud platforms, data engineering, machine learning operations, and modern data and analytics ecosystems.\nExperience with enterprise data and analytics platforms, including AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, or similar technologies.\nDemonstrated experience modernizing platforms using cloud-native architectures, data products, application programming interfaces, and self-service capabilities.\nStrong track record in rapid prototyping, minimum viable product development, and scaling innovative solutions into production environments.\nExperience managing complex programs, strategic vendors, technology investments, and senior stakeholder relationships.\nDesirable Requirements\nMaster's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\nExperience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or commercial analytics environments.\nCommitment to Diversity and Inclusion:\nNovartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams' representative of the patients and communities we serve.\nAccessibility and accommodation\nNovartis is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities.
