Description\n主な業務内容\n製造関連設備の保全活動の推進\nメンテナンス・プログラム(定期保全・キャリブレーション等)の計画立案\n\nメンテナンス項目・周期の見直しを行い機器安定稼動のためのメンテナンス業務の最適化\n\nメンテナンス指図書の発行および関連文書の準備\n\nスペアパーツ・保全消耗品の管理遂行(在庫管理、発注業務、予算進捗管理等)\n\n機器ベンダーおよびスペアパーツサプライヤーとの継続的連携により、低コスト・早期納入のメンテナンスシステムを確立\n\nメンテナンス登録・抹消・変更等のアップデート\n\n生産サポート業務\nGMP/製造規則の遵守\n\n新製品、新システム導入や既存設備改造後のスムーズな立ち上げのためのQualification/生産サポート\n\n保全関連工事に関わる社内ｻﾌﾟﾗｲﾁｪｰﾝ手順に従ったカレンダーアップデート\n\nHSE (Health Safety and Environment) コンプライアンスの遵守\n外部規制要件(ビジネスコンプライアンス、GMPおよびその他のコンプライアンス関連)およびNMM (Novartis Manufacturing Manual)の遵守\n\nオペレーションのHSE推進者として、生産工程のHSE活動の推進\n\n適切な担当者と協力して準備および復帰の手順を完了する\n\n関係する認定者に採用された遮断方法を調整し、伝達する\n\n製造関連設備の保全活動の推進\nメンテナンス・プログラム(定期保全・キャリブレーション等)の計画立案およびメンテナンス項目・周期の見直しを行い、機器安定稼動のためのメンテナンス業務を最適化\n\n製造関連設備の日常的診断・管理(清掃・給油・増し締め等)を通し、機器の状態維持\n\n製造関連設備のメンテナンス・プログラム(定期保全・キャリブレーション・事後保全・SAP入力等)の確実な実行\n\n保全工事に伴う工事業者立会いおよび工事後の確実な動作確認・検証\n\n生産サポート業務\nGMP/製造規則の遵守\n\n設備故障に対するトラブルシューティング及び機器診断\n\n機器のセット替え・立ち上げ/調整サポート等\n\nトラブルの根本的原因の特定による製造関連設備故障の迅速な復旧(機械メーカー/サプライヤーとのコミュニケーション含む)\n\n新製品、新システム導入や既存設備改造後のスムーズな立ち上げのためのQualification/生産サポート\n\n職務要件：\n大学卒業以上、電気工学・電子工学・機械工学・メカトロニクスにおける学位\n\n電気工事に関する資格\n\n流暢な日本語、英語は必須ではないが継続的なスキルアップが望まれる\n\n製薬企業、製造業において保全、機械・電気等エンジニア、生産技術業務等の従事経験など生産技術関連の経験\n\nメンテナンス対象設備・機器に関する知識\n\n危険エネルギー作業におけるLOTOTO
