Description\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end operational delivery of clinical studies from site initiation through study close-out.\n\nServe as the primary countrystudy contact and local lead for assigned clinical trials.\n\nDevelop study execution plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and operational forecasts.\n\nDrive patient recruitment activities and implement contingency plans to achieve enrollment targets.\n\nMonitor study progress, identifyoperational challenges, and escalate issues as needed.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality study execution.\n\nMaintain oversight of data quality, patient engagement activities, and query resolution processes.\n\nEnsure compliance with Good Clinical Practice, regulatory requirements, and Novartis standards.\n\nReview monitoring visit outcomes, evaluate trends, and drive timelyissue resolution.\n\nManage study budgets, contracts, essential documentation, and site payment activities.\n\nEssential Requirements\nBachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related discipline.\n\nMinimum five years of clinical research project management and/or clinical trial monitoring experience.\n\nStrong understanding of clinical drug development and study execution processes.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.\n\nStrong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nComprehensive knowledge of international clinical research regulations and quality standards.\n\nEffective negotiation and conflict resolution skills with internal and external partners.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nDesirable Requirements\nAdvanced degree in a scientific or health-related discipline.\n\n7-10 years of clinical trial and project management experience in a global research environment.\n\nCommitment to
