If you are motivated by solving complex challenges, collaborating across diverse teams and creating meaningful impact at scale, we would love to hear from you.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive continuous improvement of global regulatory processes supporting clinical trial applications across multiple regions.\nLead process design, optimisation and implementation initiatives to enhance quality, compliance and operational efficiency.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps and deliver sustainable solutions.\nMonitor regulatory process performance and recommend data-driven improvements to accelerate execution.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, standards and governance frameworks across the organisation.\nSupport digital transformation initiatives by embedding innovative tools and best practices into workflows.\nChampion change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.\nEssential Requirements\nBachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare or a related scientific discipline.\nSignificant experience in regulatory affairs, clinical development or pharmaceutical process management.\nStrong understanding of global clinical trial regulations and regulatory submission processes.\nProven ability to lead complex process improvement and transformation initiatives across global organisations.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing diverse cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.\nBenefits & Rewards\nAt Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen.\nExpected Annual Base Salary Range for role: £39,567 to £73,482\nThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.\nIn addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.\nThe rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
