The incumbent will champion operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality assurance, and technology-driven innovation while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and capability development.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn Field Operations delivery and serve as the key accountability point for stakeholders.\n\nLead execution, governance, and optimization of Field Operations processes.\n\nEstablish quality assurance frameworks and ensure compliance with standards.\n\nCommunicate plans, risks, dependencies, and outcomes effectively.\n\nDeliver actionable insights and drive stakeholder follow-through.\n\nProvide thought leadership in Incentive Compensation Design, Incentive Compensation Operations, or Call Planning and Alignment.\n\nDrive capability building, guideline management, and technology adoption.\n\nSupport continuous improvement through reviews, retrospectives, and process optimization.\n\nEnsure compliance with governance, audit, and control requirements.\n\nCollaborate with regional, country, and headquarters teams on strategic initiatives and field transformation.\n\nEssential Requirements\n6+ years of commercial operations experience within life sciences or pharmaceuticals.\n\nMinimum 3 years of Field Operations delivery experience in a large pharmaceutical organization.\n\nKnowledge of commercial sales and prescription data.\n\nExperience leading cross-functional enablement strategies in global matrix environments.\n\nStrong program and project management expertise.\n\nTrack record of scaling operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.\n\nHigh learning agility and technology adoption capability.\n\nFamiliarity with Sales Performance Management platforms.\n\nExperience supporting or leading Artificial Intelligence-enabled initiatives.\n\nDesirable Requirements\nSales Force Effectiveness expertise\n\nStrategic planning and business partnering\n\nData analytics and insight generation\n\nStakeholder engagement and influencing\n\nGo-to-market strategy\n\nCross-functional collaboration\n\nCustomer engagement and customer insights\n\nLeadership and people management\n\nAgility and change management\n\nLocation\nHyderabad, India (NKC)\n\nHybrid work model\n\nWhy Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
