The role will contribute to the development of forward-looking access strategies by translating epidemiology, payer dynamics, HTA requirements, pricing benchmarks, competitive intelligence, and real-world evidence analogs into actionable insights. Support the development of forward-looking access strategies for early pipeline assets and relevant analytics. \nThe position will support early asset access strategy development, scenario modeling, pricing and reimbursement assumptions, and executive-ready deliverables across the IV&A value chain.\nEssential Requirement:\nAttend all mandatory trainings\nSupport V&A (especially PMA) deliverables meeting quality and timelines standards (as guided / defined by senior members)\nTimely delivery of good quality of assigned deliverables and tasks\nContribution to decision-support frameworks and strategic recommendations\nQuality, clarity and actionability of early asset access insights\nClient satisfaction with quality of services provided\nDelivery of activities through independent work\nAbility to operate effectively in a matrix environment\nAbility to manage multiple projects across therapeutic areas and stakeholders\nTrain, coach, and mentor new associate\nSupport the enhancement of existing services / deliverables\nDesirable Requirements:\nEducation (minimum):\nundefined\nUndergraduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline plus graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant discipline (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)\nLanguages:\nProficiency in ‘English’ is a pre-requisite; while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage\nExperience:\nPharmaceutical domain knowledge\nMS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point)\n6-8 years conducting PMA analytics, situation analysis, or health economic and outcomes research (HE&OR) for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute;
