This role drives the strategic and scientific leadership for assigned therapeutic areas for both products on the market as well as for molecules in the pipeline by translating global, international, and local medical strategies into impactful country execution. The role provides expert medical guidance, shapes scientific exchange, strengthens external engagement, and ensures high scientific rigor in all medical initiatives. It partners cross functionally to deliver medical education, insight generation, evidence contributions, and compliant scientific dialogue, supporting lifecycle management and patient centric outcomes.
