Working at the intersection of finance, technology, data science, and innovation,, you help build the next generation of digital finance capabilities while creating measurable business impact across the enterprise.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nShape product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for digital finance solutions that deliver measurable business impact.\nTranslate finance challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.\n Partner with design, engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.\n Drive adoption, efficiency gains, and business outcomes across the finance product portfolio.\n Lead AI-enabled product discovery and identify opportunities to enhance user experiences.\nMonitor product performance, usage trends, and operational health to drive continuous improvement.\n Manage dependencies across products with stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate delivery.\nChampion effective release communication, adoption plans, and feedback-driven product enhancements.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nProven product management experience with ownership of strategy, prioritization, delivery, and measurable business outcomes.\nStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate insights into action.\nExperience defining product requirements, success metrics, and user-centered solutions.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across finance, engineering, data science, and business teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong ownership mindset with a track record of driving execution and continuous improvement.\nPractical understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and enthusiasm for applying them in product management.\nCuriosity, adaptability, and a passion for improving how people work through digital innovation.\nFluent English; Spanish is a plus.\nDesirable Requirements\n Experience with finance, analytics, or operational workflow products; track record of identifying when to integrate versus build.\n Practical familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, prompt design, how systems work) and relevant certifications in product management, data analytics, or AI/ML -related disciplines.\nBenefits & Rewards\nAt Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen.\nExpected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 40,500 - 75,300 EUR gross.\nThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.\nIn addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.\nThe rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
