This is an opportunity to influence how technology enables better decision-making, stronger collaboration, and lasting impact across the organisation.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive end-to-end delivery and tracking of the Regulatory Affairs Technology Roadmap portfolio.\nMaintain portfolio plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource forecasts across multiple workstreams.\nPartner with technology and business teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.\nLead project governance activities, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.\nMonitor project risks and implement mitigation plans to support successful delivery.\nDevelop clear portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready updates for leadership.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance processes, project practices, and technology adoption across Regulatory Affairs.\nEssential Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.\nSignificant project or portfolio management experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated environments.\nProven expertise administering Jira or comparable project portfolio management and work-tracking platforms.\nStrong experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, resource planning, and portfolio governance.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear business insights.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects, identify risks, and drive successful outcomes.\nBenefits & Rewards\nAt Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen.\nExpected Annual Base Salary Range for role: CHF122,500 to CHF227,500\nThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.\nIn addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.\nThe rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
