Regulatory Interpretation & Implementation\nInterpret global transparency regulations (EFPIA, US Sunshine, and local laws) from a system and data perspective.\n\nTranslate regulatory changes, amendments, and industry codes (e.g., LDC, Control Room) into clear system and reporting requirements.\n\n2. Governance\nGovernance Documentation Management : Ensure all governance-related task position documents and Transparency Guidelines are reviewed bi-annually, kept up to date, and formally approved in collaboration with the respective Pillar Associate Director and GPO.\n\nKnowledge Hub & Training Enablement : Maintain and regularly update Novartis Hub and training materials, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and appropriate sign-offs from the Pillar Associate Director and GPO\n\n3. Global Systems & Data Landscape Enablement\nDrive integration of regulatory requirements into global transparency platforms and solutions.\n\nLead system enhancements ensuring scalability, standardization, and alignment with enterprise architecture.\n\n4. Project & Portfolio Management\nManage a portfolio of regulatory and system transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with ERC priorities.\n\nDefine delivery roadmaps, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.\n\n5. Acquisitions\nLead the design and deployment of end-to-end transparency reporting processes for newly acquired entities, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.\n\nDefine the operating model, roles, and ownership (Global, Country, Acquired Entity PoCs) for data collection, validation, and reporting.\n\nEstablish transition frameworks to onboard acquired entities into Novartis Transparency systems and governance structures.\n\n6. Continuous Improvement & Risk Management\nDrive initiatives to simplify, harmonize, and standardize transparency reporting processes.\n\nEmbed regulatory intelligence and forward-looking insights into planning and governance forums.\n\nAnticipate emerging regulatory trends and ensure future-ready system and process design.\n\nEssential Requirements:\n08+ years (or equivalent) in pharmaceuticals or healthcare organisation.\n\nDesirable Requirements:\nCandidates should have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or stakeholder-facing roles.\n\nIn-depth understanding of the Global Transparency Solutions is must.\n\nProven experience in interpreting and applying global and local transparency regulations (e.g., EFPIA, US Sunshine Act) to reporting systems and processes.\n\nStrong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving are essential.\n\nHands-on involvement in the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory report publication, including attestation, certification, and dispute resolution.\n\nBackground in identifying and implementing system enhancements that improve data insights, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.\n\nCommitment To Diversity and Inclusion\nNovartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams' representative of the patients and communities we serve.\nAccessibility and accommodation\nNovartis is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities.
