Novartis is unable to offer relocation support: please only apply if accessible.\n\nMajor accountabilities:\nEnsures the proper handling of raw materials and products in the warehouse -Prepares shipments according to NVS and GMP standards\nCoordination of shipping, receiving, storage and processing of goods. May include imports/exports.\nUnbossed mindset.\nKeeping the warehouses orderly and audit ready at all times.\nLoad and unload trucks using industrial equipment.\nInspect and verify material, labels and documents for completeness and accuracy\nTransfer material to proper storage areas.\nMovement of materials with accuracy and in accordance with SOPs to ensure continuous production.\nAbility to work in a variety of climate-controlled environments from refrigerated areas to freezer areas.\nAbility to continuously repalletize a variety of materials and various weights with 100% accuracy on labeling those components.\nWork well under pressure and with minimal supervision.\nWillingness to shift around priorities and accomplish a variety of tasks per shift.\nDaily cycle counting of materials based upon classification.\nKeeping up with deliveries and booking them into the ERP system in a timely fashion.\nAbility to adapt and work with accordance with guidelines in a dynamic environment and an unbossed mindset to own decisions when needed.\nKey performance indicators:\nInventory\nMonth end reporting\nWarehouse occupancy\nKnowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.\nOn time goods receipts\nMinimum Requirements:\nSupply Chain/Warehousing Experience\nERP System (SAP/S4/Etc.) strongly desired\nWork in a warehouse environment, mostly standing and walking to complete tasks.\nWork Experience:\nOperation in Pharma/Regulated industries\nAbility to work on problems\nForklift experience a plus\nSkills:\nInventory Accuracy\ncGxP \nMotivated, self-starter\nLanguages:\nEnglish\nThe salary for this position is expected to range between $41,100 and $76,300 per year.\nThe final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
