An Associate Technician assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility-scale solar energy systems. Working under the guidance of experienced technicians, an Associate Technician helps assemble and replace solar panels, connect electrical components, and perform routine inspections to ensure system efficiency.\nExperience:\nBasic mechanical skills required. \nConversational English skills required. \nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nEquivalent training in military, utility, or power industry a plus.\nVocational or technical program certification preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nBending, kneeling, twisting, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, the ability to climb ladders, and wear PPE for extended periods of time.
